The company website contact form uses a Cloudflare Workers endpoint to relay contact requests. Messages are received at office@simulat3d.eu. Authorised people providing hosting, technical support, accounting and legal services can receive data only as needed for their role; public authorities can receive data where law requires it.<\/p>\n Payment collection is not active. The selected payment provider and the information it receives will be identified before payment functionality is opened. Payment credentials will be handled by the selected provider rather than placed in our license database. Our email-delivery arrangements will also be reviewed before store sales begin.<\/p>\n Some providers, particularly services operating internationally such as Cloudflare, may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the applicable transfer basis and safeguards (for example an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses) must be determined for the actual service arrangement. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your request. Opening store sales remains subject to completing this provider review.<\/p>\n Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If a feature uses consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your records.<\/p>\n You can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urz\u0119du Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) in Poland, or another competent supervisory authority.
